Every Buyer has the right, within 14 (fourteen) days from the moment of order delivery, and after agreeing with the Seller’s representative, to exchange the goods for other goods if such items are available in the online store and if:

  • the product has not been used, the product packaging is preserved and not damaged;
  • the buyer has the accompanying product documents and the product is in full set.

1. Warranty

   1.2. The warranty is valid only if the Buyer presents the original proof of purchase (receipt or invoice), and if the Buyer has followed the product usage instructions and these Warranty terms.

2. Warranty period

   2.1. If the product is purchased by a Consumer, then the Warranty is valid for 24 months from the date of purchase. The Seller or manufacturer may specify a longer period in the proof of purchase, user manual, or on the manufacturer’s website. Consumer rights are defined in the Consumer Rights Protection Law, and the Warranty does not affect rights provided by law.
   2.2. If the product is purchased by a legal entity (a person buying the product for purposes related to economic or professional activity), or a private person performing economic activity and purchasing the product to use in such activity, and if the product is not prohibited for economic or professional use, then the Seller sets a twelve-month Warranty period from the date of delivery. This condition does not reduce the manufacturer's specified warranty period for legal entities, which after six months is provided by the manufacturer’s or distributor’s authorized service center.

   3.4. If the Buyer wishes to submit a claim during an extended warranty period set by the manufacturer, the Buyer is invited to submit it directly to the manufacturer’s indicated service center.
   3.5. When submitting the product for warranty repair at the Seller’s client center, the Consumer submits a claim describing the defect and presents the original proof of purchase (receipt or invoice).
   3.6. If the Seller’s or manufacturer’s service detects manufacturing defects, they will be repaired free of charge.
   3.7. If the product cannot be repaired or repair is not reasonable, the Consumer has the right to request an exchange for the same product or a different product from the Seller’s online assortment, paying the price difference if the replacement product is more expensive.
   3.8. If the defect cannot be eliminated and the Consumer refuses replacement, the Consumer may request a refund of the paid amount.
