Delivery Procedure via Omniva

When ordering goods, you can choose Omniva parcel locker services. After selecting Omniva as the delivery method, you will be able to choose the desired parcel locker or courier delivery.

After we process your payment, you will receive a unique tracking code to follow your delivery on omniva.lv

Upon receiving your order, please check whether the packaging and products are damaged.

If there are any visible defects, take a photo of the damaged part and send a request to: info@actiongames.lv with the order ID and a description of the issue. If there are any functional issues, please check our warranty policy.

Delivery Procedure via Venipak

When ordering goods, you can choose Venipak delivery services. After selecting Venipak as the delivery method, options for courier delivery will be available.

After we process your payment, you will receive a unique tracking code to follow your delivery on venipak.lv

Upon receiving your order, please check whether the packaging and products are damaged.

Product return or exchange

Every Buyer has the right, within 14 (fourteen) days from the moment of delivery, and after confirming with the Seller’s representative, to exchange the purchased goods for other available items in the online store if:

  • the product has not been used and the original packaging is intact and undamaged;

  • the buyer has accompanying purchase documents and the product is complete.
