Seller
The sale of products offered by SIA "ANDRS" Reg. No. 50003136981 is carried out through an online offer in accordance with Article 10 of the Consumer Rights Protection Law of the Republic of Latvia (PTAL). In this case, when the buyer places an order, a Distance Contract is concluded between the buyer and the seller.
Payment terms
Payment for goods can be made by bank transfer, credit or debit card (excluding American Express) or in cash. Payments for goods must be made in advance.
After the order is processed, an advance invoice for 100% of the order amount will be sent to the buyer to the provided email address. The order will be confirmed for fulfillment after the advance invoice is paid.
SIA ANDRS has the right to withdraw from the contract if the buyer has not paid the advance invoice within 3 days.
Long-term buyers who have signed a cooperation agreement with SIA ANDRS may be offered post-payment terms. Post-payment invoices must be paid within 7 days after receiving the goods. Receipt of goods is confirmed by mutual signing of the delivery note.
The buyer will be informed about completed transactions via the provided phone number or email address.
Cash payments
Cash payments can only be made at the ActionGames store, Latgales Street 322B, Riga, LV-1063. In order for the order to be considered confirmed, the buyer must make an advance payment.

Delivery methods
The goods are delivered from the ActionGames store at Latgales Street 322B (1st floor). Order processing time is up to 3 days. The buyer may pick up their order at the ActionGames store in Riga, Latgales Street 322B on business days between 10:00-18:00. Upon agreement with the buyer, SIA ANDRS provides delivery via Venipak courier or Omniva parcel service according to the applicable tariff.
Ordering procedure
We invite you to place an order in the ActionGames online store actiongames.lv, by calling +371 29 547 564, writing to info@actiongames.lv or visiting our store at Latgales Street 322B (1st floor). Deliveries are made only to legal entities and adults (buyers).
Order confirmation
Order confirmation will be sent to your provided email address on business days between 10:00-18:00 within 2 hours from the moment of placing the order, or the next business day after weekends and/or holidays. SIA ANDRS retains ownership rights to the goods until ActionGames receives full payment according to the invoice issued.
Right of withdrawal
ActionGames buyers may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days from the receipt of the order. The money for the returned product will be refunded within 14 days. Refunds, insofar as they do not conflict with consumer rights regulations, do not apply to custom-made orders, special-size products, or bulk orders.
Upon receiving the order, the buyer has the right to open the packaging and inspect the product to ensure it matches the order (manufacturer, model, color, size, and other essential parameters).
When exercising the right of withdrawal, according to Section 12(6) of the Consumer Rights Protection Law, the seller must, without unreasonable delay and no later than 14 days after receiving the withdrawal request, refund the amount paid, including delivery fees. The refund will be made using the same payment method used by the consumer, except when the consumer has clearly agreed to another method and no additional charges apply.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to orders where the order amount exceeds EUR 1000 excluding VAT, if the buyer has not examined the specific product (model) before ordering.
Buyer’s responsibilities when using the right of withdrawal
When returning the product, the buyer must ensure packaging that prevents damage during transport. The buyer must ensure the product is properly packed in its original packaging and, if necessary, use additional packaging. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the product must be unused and in its original packaging. All accessories and parts included in the original product must be returned in their original condition.
Procedure for using the right of withdrawal
To use the right of withdrawal, the buyer must contact the ActionGames administration by calling +371 29 547 564 or filling out a form and registering the withdrawal from the order. ActionGames staff will provide instructions regarding product return.
Buyers may return goods to Latgales Street 322B (1st floor), Riga, on business days from 09:00-17:00, or by prior arrangement may return via Omniva.
The buyer may not use the right of withdrawal if:
the ordered goods, due to their nature, cannot be returned or quickly deteriorate or expire; the ordered goods were made specifically for the buyer as a custom order;
Section 12(6) of the Consumer Rights Protection Law states that "the consumer is responsible for maintaining the quality and safety of the product during the withdrawal period."
The seller reserves the right to refuse withdrawal or deduct compensation if the product is damaged, improperly handled, or if the instructions were not followed, or if the original packaging is lost or significantly damaged.
Product return rules
Based on Cabinet Regulation No. 207 "Regulations on Distance Contracts", the customer has the right, without stating a reason, to withdraw within 14 calendar days and return the product to the seller.
You may return the unused product in undamaged original packaging within 14 days from the moment of receiving the product, and receive a full refund for the product cost. Delivery costs will not be refunded. If the return is sent by mail, return shipping costs are paid by the customer.
The product must be returned in its original packaging with proof of purchase. SIA ANDRS reserves the right to refuse fulfillment of the distance contract if no purchase document is provided. A refund will be issued within 30 days via bank transfer. If the purchase was paid by transfer, the refund will be made to the same bank account.

Data processing
By entering the required information when placing an order, the buyer confirms they have read and agree that the provided data will be used to process the order and deliver the products according to legal requirements. By entering the information, the buyer agrees to receive email notifications related to order processing.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION RULES
Disputes regarding fulfillment of obligations shall be resolved through negotiation. BUYERS who are considered consumers under legal regulations have the right to use alternative dispute resolution by submitting a written claim to the SELLER for out-of-court resolution, indicating:
