M-Tac Soft Shell winter pants. Soft shell fabric combines the thermal insulation and breathability of fleece with the wind and moisture resistance and durability of the outer layer. The outer surface blocks the wind, and the inner layer of the fabric wicks away excess moisture. It is used as a top layer in the off-season and winter. For additional comfort in the cold periods of the year, the manufacturer has added a fleece lining.
