M-Tac compass with a folding frame. The frame is used for setting the azimuth. The azimuth is determined as follows: point the long edge of the compass toward the reference point, and rotate it so that the north end of the needle aligns with the north mark on the compass housing. Using the notch at the end of the frame, which is pointed at the reference point, read the numerical value of the azimuth.
Working with the compass is even more convenient thanks to the degree markings on the housing. In addition, the compass is equipped with a spirit level and a calculation table on the bottom of the frame. The compass also features a ruler on the housing, making this model improved and easier to use compared to previous models.
